I am a fully qualified psychotherapist with a BSc (Hons) in counselling and psychotherapy, working within the field since 2015. As a pre-accredited member of the IACP I have experience in working with adults in a variety of circumstances including bereavement, grief, anxiety, family trauma, childhood adverse experiences, sexual and gender based violence, and parenting challenges. I also have worked extensively with clients focusing on rebalance and growth as they assess and adapt to lifecycle challenges.
I have additional training in working with neuroatypical and nuero-unique clients and their families and support network, as well as with LGBTQIA+ clients, their related navigational challenges, and peri- and post-menopausal support.
My approach is integrative and person-centred, holistically balancing a client as they navigate their therapy. I prioritize collaboration and development of a healthy working partnership to create a safe, empathetic and compassionate space to approach, review and achieve therapy goals, promote growth, acceptance, and facilitate change when needed.
