I’m Helen, an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist (MIACP).
I hold a degree in Integrative Psychotherapy, which allows me to draw from a range of therapeutic approaches and tailor my work to the unique needs of each client. I believe therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process, and I work collaboratively with clients.
My aim is to provide a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can explore whatever has brought you to therapy at your own pace. Whether you are facing a specific challenge, navigating a life transition, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I will work alongside you to explore your experiences and support meaningful change.
Alongside my psychotherapy training, I also hold a BA in Sociology, which has contributed to my understanding of the wider social and cultural factors that can shape our experiences and relationships.
