Noemi Vigano'

I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist (MSc) member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) with over 18 years of experience in helping individuals navigate the complexities of mental health and modern life.

My approach is integrative and person-centered, grounded in the belief that therapy should be a collaborative process tailored to the unique needs of each client. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can gain clarity and feel like you are on track in your life.

I work with adults across a broad range of life challenges and presentations. This includes supporting those grappling with anxiety, depression, and persistent stress, as well as individuals navigating difficult relationship or family dynamics. Whether you are facing a  life transition, bereavement, or the pressures of a demanding career, I aim to help you understand the patterns that may be holding you back and help you find ways to navigate your way forward.

To ensure the support fits your specific needs, I draw from different therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). This allows us to work together to find and build the tools needed to manage life’s hurdles.

Beyond my clinical practice, I have spent over a decade in clinical leadership roles ensuring the quality and safety of psychological interventions used worldwide. I qualified as a Counselling Psychologist from Trinity College Dublin in 2010 and previously completed my BA in Psychology in 2003. I also offer therapy sessions in both English and Italian, in-person, online or hybrid.
