Approach

Tanaë’s approach is collaborative, person-centred and integrates various tools to adapt to her clients needs. Her systemic perspective recognises that individual challenges often arise within specific contexts and are shaped by relationships, environments, and interactions. By addressing not only the symptoms but also the underlying dynamics, she helps clients foster resilience, gain deeper selfunderstanding, and create meaningful change in their personal and relational systems. Psychoeducation is an integral part of her work, empowering clients with knowledge and strategies to navigate their experiences with confidence and clarity.
